This is the original version (as it was originally enacted).
54In section 8 of the [1977 c. 43.] Protection from Eviction Act 1977 (interpretation), in subsection (1) (meaning of “statutorily protected tenancy”) after paragraph (e) there shall be inserted—
“(e)a tenancy to which Schedule 10 to the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 applies”.
