60E+WIn section 88 (transport grants: supplementary), in subsections (4) and (6) for the words from “prescribed expenditure” onwards there shall, in each case, be substituted “ expenditure for capital purposes within the meaning of Part IV of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 ”.
