SCHEDULE 6 E+W+S Amendment of Scottish Enactments

Rateable value of certain buildings used for breeding or rearing horses E+W+S

3 E+W+SIn subsection (1) of section 6 of the M1 Valuation and Rating (Scotland) Act 1956 (as certainment of annual and rateable values) for the words “the next following section" there shall be substituted the words “ sections 7 to 7B ”.
