Courts-Martial (Appeals) Act 1968 S

10 S In section 52 of the M1 Courts-Martial (Appeals) Act 1968, for paragraph (e) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—

“(e) section 39 of the Prisons (Scotland) Act 1989; or”.
