In paragraph 2(5) of Schedule 3, paragraph 12 of Schedule 4 and paragraph 2(6)(a) of Schedule 8 to the Electricity Act 1989, for the words “the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” there shall be substituted the words “the Town and Country Planning Act 1990”.

In Part II of Schedule 17 to that Act, in paragraph 37(1)(b) for the words “section 1B of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” there shall be substituted the words “section 2 of the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990”.
