48U.K.In section 7 of the Disused Burial Grounds (Amendment) Act 1981, for the words “the Town and Country Planning Acts 1971 and 1972” there shall be substituted the words “the planning Acts (within the meaning of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990)”.
