In section 38 of the Weights and Measures Act 1985 (special powers of inspectors), subsection (4) (exclusion for milk) shall cease to have effect.

In section 93 of that Act (powers under other Acts with respect to marking of food) for the words “ M1Food Act 1984” there shall be substituted the words “
