The Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984 (c. 22) E+W+S

27 E+W+SIn section 7(3) of that Act (London port health authority), for paragraph (d) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—

“(d) of a food authority under any provision of the Food Safety Act 1990.”
