Part I E+W+S Amendments Continuing Certain Statutory Exemptions

The Employers’ Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Act 1969 E+W+S

1 E+W+S In section 3 of the M1 Employers’ Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Act 1969 (employers exempted from insurance), in subsection (2) after the words “sub-section (1)(a) above” there shall be inserted—

“(a) a health service body, as defined in section 60(7) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990, and a National Health Service trust established under Part I of that Act or the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978; and

(b)”.
