The Local Government Act 1972 E+W+S

13 In section 113 of the M1 Local Government Act 1972 (placing of staff at disposal of other bodies),—

(a) in subsection (1A) after the words “special health authority”, in each place where they occur, there shall be inserted “or NHS trust”; and

(b) at the end there shall be added the following subsection—

“(4) In subsection (1A) above “NHS trust” means a National Health Service trust established under Part I of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990.”
