23E+W+SIn the M1Acquisition of Land Act 1981, in section 17 (local authority and statutory undertakers’ land), in subsection (4), in the definition of “statutory undertakers” after paragraph (a) there shall be inserted—
“(aa)a National Health Service trust established under Part I of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990, and”.
