33E+W+SIn section 1 of the M1Community Health Councils (Access to Information) Act 1988 (access to meetings and documents of Community Health Councils), in subsection (6)(a) after the words “exercises functions” there shall be inserted “or any National Health Service trust which is established under Part I of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 and carries on any of its activities from premises in the area of the authority”.
