2 Amendment of s.329(1) of Highways Act 1980. E+W

In section 329(1) (further provision as to interpretation) of the M1 Highways Act 1980 insert immediately before the definition of “financial year”—

““field-edge path” means a footpath or bridleway that follows the sides or headlands of a field or enclosure;”.
