The M1Borrowing (Control and Guarantees) Act 1946 is repealed.

The enactments mentioned in Part I of Schedule 2 to this Act are, in consequence, repealed to the extent specified in the third column.

This section shall come into force on such day as the Treasury may by order made by statutory instrument appoint.
