In section 5(3)(e) of the Industrial Training Act 1982 (power of industrial training board to take part in arrangements in pursuance of Employment and Training Act 1973), after the words “1973” there shall be inserted the words “ or of section 2(3) of the Enterprise and New Towns (Scotland) Act 1990 ”.
