In Schedule 7 to the Gas Act 1986—
a
in paragraph 2(1) (interpretation), at the end there shall be added the following head—

section 9 of the Enterprise and New Towns (Scotland) Act 1990.

in paragraph 2(9) (interpretation) after head (j) there shall be inserted the following head—
k
section 9 of the Enterprise and New Towns (Scotland) Act 1990;
