Assessor to Disciplinary Committee E+W+S

38 E+W+S In paragraph 5(1) of Schedule 3 to the Farriers (Registration) Act 1975 (assessor to Disciplinary Committee) for the words “a barrister" to the end there shall be substituted—

“(a) a person who has a 10 year general qualification, within the meaning of section 71 of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990; or

(b) an advocate or solicitor in Scotland of at least 10 years’ standing.”
