48 E+W In section 131(1) of that Act (conveyancing counsel of the Supreme Court) for the words “conveyancing counsel in actual practice" to the end there shall be substituted “ persons who have a 10 year High Court qualification, within the meaning of section 71 of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990." ”
