In section 97(3) of the Social Security Act 1975 (Social Security Commissioners) for the words “persons who are barristers, solicitors or advocates of not less than” there shall be substituted “persons who have a 10 year general qualification, within the meaning of section 71 of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990, or advocates or solicitors in Scotland of at least”.
