The registration of any foreign lawyer against whom a bankruptcy order is made shall be suspended on the making of that order.

The suspension of any registration by reason of a bankruptcy order shall terminate if the order is annulled and an office copy of the order annulling it is served on the Society.

In sub-paragraph (1), “bankruptcy order” includes any order which is not a bankruptcy order but which has the same, or a similar, effect under the law in force in any territory outside England and Wales.
