In section 102 of the Patents Act 1977 (right of audience etc. in proceedings before the comptroller), the following subsection shall be added at the end—

Nothing in this section shall be taken to limit the right to draw or prepare deeds given to a registered patent agent by section 68 of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990.

In section 102A of that Act (right of audience etc. in proceedings on appeal from the comptroller), the following subsection shall be added at the end—
