SCHEDULE 9 Probate

Advice from the Advisory Committee

Where the Lord Chancellor receives an application from a professional or other body (“the applicant") for approval under this Schedule, he shall refer the application to the Advisory Committee.

It shall be the duty of the Advisory Committee to consider the application and to give to the Lord Chancellor such advice as it considers appropriate.
