Schedule 13 amends the Judicial Pensions Act 1981 by inserting a new Schedule 1A, which makes provision for the transfer of accrued rights into and out of the judicial pension schemes constituted by that Act and the [1961 c. 42.] Sheriffs' Pensions (Scotland) Act 1961.
