Financial provision

There shall be defrayed out of the F1Gaelic Broadcasting Fund—

a

any expenses incurred by F5OFCOM —

i

by virtue of paragraph 2,

ii

in paying the salaries of any employees of F5OFCOM whose services have been furnished to the F4Service by F5OFCOM, or

iii

in connection with providing the F4Service with office accommodation or other facilities;

b

any expenses incurred by the F4Service by virtue of paragraph 7; and

c

with the approval of F5OFCOMF2..., any other expenses incurred by the F4Service.

The Service must pay all their receipts to OFCOM.

OFCOM must hold amounts received by them under this paragraph to the credit of the Gaelic Broadcasting Fund (and, accordingly, those amounts are not to be regarded as forming part of OFCOM’s revenues).
