Broadcasting Act 1990, Cross Heading: Tenure of office and remuneration is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 08 March 2025. 2(1)Subject to sub-paragraph (2), each member of the Committee shall hold and vacate office in accordance with the terms of his appointment.U.K.
(2)Any member of the Committee may at any time resign his office by notice to the Commission.
(3)The Commission may pay to each member such remuneration and allowances as they may determine.
