SCHEDULE 19 The Gaelic Television Committee: Supplementary Provisions
Annual reports

As soon as possible after the end of each financial year, the Committee shall prepare a general report of their proceedings during that year and transmit it to the Commission.

The report shall have attached to it the statement of accounts for the year and a copy of any report made by the auditors on that statement.

The Commission shall send a copy of each annual report received by them in accordance with this paragraph to the Secretary of State who shall lay copies of it before each House of Parliament.

Where an annual report is sent by the Commission under sub-paragraph (3) to the Scottish Ministers (by virtue of provision made under section 63 of the Scotland Act 1998), the Scottish Ministers shall lay a copy of the report before the Scottish Parliament.
