SCHEDULE 19 The Gaelic Television F3Service : Supplementary Provisions

Financial provision

There shall be defrayed out of the F1Gaelic Broadcasting Fund—

(a)

any expenses incurred by F2OFCOM —

(i)

by virtue of paragraph 2,

(ii)

in paying the salaries of any employees of F2OFCOM whose services have been furnished to the F3Service by F2OFCOM, or

(iii)

in connection with providing the F3Service with office accommodation or other facilities;

(b)

any expenses incurred by the F3Service by virtue of paragraph 7; and

(c)

with the approval of F2OFCOM F4..., any other expenses incurred by the F3Service.
