(1)An additional services licence may include such conditions as [F1OFCOM] consider appropriate for securing that the provision of any additional service under the licence does not cause any interference with—
(a)the sound broadcasting service or services on whose frequency or frequencies it is provided, or
(b)any other wireless telegraphy transmissions.
