151The Broadcasting Standards Council

The council which at the commencement of this section is known as the Broadcasting Standards Council shall be, by that name, a body corporate and as such shall be constituted in accordance with, and have the functions conferred by, this Act.

The Council shall consist of—
a
a chairman and a deputy chairman appointed by the Secretary of State; and
b
such number of other members appointed by the Secretary of State, not being less than four, as he may from time to time determine.

Schedule 14 to this Act shall have effect with respect to the Council.
