Chapter V U.K. Additional Services Provided on Television Broadcasting Frequencies

54 Additional services not to interfere with other transmissions. U.K.

(1) An additional services licence may include such conditions as [F2 OFCOM] consider appropriate for securing that the provision of any additional service under the licence does not cause any interference with—

(a) the television broadcasting service or services on whose frequency or frequencies it is provided, or

(b) any other wireless telegraphy transmissions.
