8In section 152 of the Water Act 1989 (restrictions on disposal of land) in subsection (5)(c)(i), after the word “Commission” there shall be inserted the words “(as respects land in England) or the Countryside Council for Wales (as respects land in Wales)”; and, in subsection (5)(d),after the word “Commission”, where it first appears there shall be inserted the words “or the Countryside Council for Wales” and at the end there shall be inserted the words “or that Council”.
