The [1971 c. 38.] Misuse of Drugs Act 1971

1 In section 27(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 after “1986” there shall be inserted the words “or an offence to which section 1 of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 1987 relates”.
