6E+WIn relation to the matters specified in the first column of the Table below (which are matters mentioned in subsection (2)(a), (b), (c) or (d) of section 101 as matters which may be referred to a Planning Inquiry Commission under that section) “the responsible Minister or Ministers” for the purposes of that section and this Schedule—
(a)in the case of a matter affecting England only, are those specified opposite in the second column of the Table;
(b)in the case of a matter affecting Wales only, are those specified opposite in the third column of the Table; and
(c)in the case of a matter affecting both England and Wales, are those specified opposite in the fourth column of the Table.
7E+WWhere an entry in the second, third or fourth columns of the Table specifies two or more Ministers, that entry shall be construed as referring to those Ministers acting jointly.
