F1[3E+WWhere an application for listed building consent under section 10 relating to land in a National Park falls to be determined by a [F2National Park authority]]. . ., that authority—
(a)shall send a copy of the application, as soon as practicable and in any event not later than seven days after they have received it, to [F3any authority which (but for section 4A) would be F4. . .] the district planning authority for the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated; and
(b)shall before determining the application consult [F5any such] authority.
