110In section 6 of the Water Act 1981 (liability of statutory water undertakers for escapes of water), in subsection (7)(c) (meaning of “excepted undertakers”), for sub-paragraphs (iii) and (iv) substitute—
“(iii)any person on whom a right to compensation is conferred by section 82 of the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991;”.
