4 E+WIn section 169 of the Highways Act 1980 (control of scaffolding on highways), in the closing words of subsection (4) (which relate to the meaning of “statutory undertakers”) for the words from “any person entitled” to “section 181 below” substitute “ any licensee under a street works licence ”.
