68E+W+SIn section 100(5) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (definition of “local authority” for purposes of provisions about removal of abandoned vehicles, &c.), for paragraph (c) substitute—
“(c)in relation to Scotland, means a regional or islands council.”.
