(1)The enactments specified in Schedule 8 have effect with the amendments specified there which are minor amendments and amendments consequential on the provisions of this Act.
In that Schedule—
Part I contains amendments of the [1980 c. 66.] Highways Act 1980,
Part II contains amendments of the [1984 c. 27.] Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984,
Part III contains amendments of the [1984 c. 54.] Roads (Scotland) Act 1984, and
Part IV contains amendments of other enactments.
(2)The enactments mentioned in Schedule 9 are repealed to the extent specified there.
