8 Government grants to Scottish Natural Heritage.S
(1)The Secretary of State may, with the approval of the Treasury, make to SNH grants of such amounts as he thinks fit.
(2)A grant under this section may be made subject to such conditions (including, in particular, conditions as to the use of the money for the purposes of the Joint Nature Conservation Committee established in pursuance of section 128(4) of the M1Environmental Protection Act 1990) as the Secretary of State may, with the approval of the Treasury, determine.
