18In section 37 (regulations), at the end of paragraph (a) of subsection (1) there shall be inserted the words “and for different parts of the United Kingdom ”.
19In section 40 (short title, etc.) for subsection (3) there shall be substituted—
“(3)This Act extends to Northern Ireland.”
