Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980 (c. 65) E+W

25 E+WAfter section 141(5) of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980 there is inserted—

“(5A) No compensation is payable, by virtue of an order under this section, under Part IV of the M1 Land Compensation Act 1961.”
