15SAt the end of section 55(7) of the Land Compensation (Scotland) Act 1973 (which does not apply where land was Crown land at time of agreement to acquire it) there is inserted “ and the reference in that subsection to an authority possessing compulsory purchase powers includes a person or body of persons who would be an authority possessing compulsory purchase powers if the landlord’s interest were not an interest in Crown land (as defined by section 253(7) of the M1Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972). ”
