4SIn paragraph 19(4) of that Schedule (service of documents where not practicable to ascertain name or address of owner, etc.), for the words from “premises or” to the end there is substituted “ land or, if there is no person on the land to whom it may be delivered, by leaving it or a copy of it on or near the land ”.
