Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (c. 9.) E+W

21 E+W In section 42 of that Act—

(a) in subsection (1) for “compliance period” there is substituted “ period for compliance with the notice ”, and

(b) subsection (7) is omitted.
