Wildlife and Countryside (Amendment) Act 1991

3 Short title, interpretation, commencement and extent. E+W+S

(1) This Act may be cited as the Wildlife and Countryside (Amendment) Act 1991.

(2) In this Act references to the principal Act are references to the M1 Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981.

(3) This Act shall come into force at the end of the period of two months beginning with the day it is passed.

(4) This Act shall not have effect in relation to anything done before it comes into force.

(5) This Act does not extend to Northern Ireland.
