(2) In the entry relating to manslaughter or culpable homicide, in column 4 for “4” there shall be substituted “ 3-11 ”.

(3) The entries in columns 3 and 4 relating to stealing or attempting to steal a motor vehicle or to section 12 or 25 of the M5 Theft Act 1968 shall be omitted.
