SCHEDULE 2 E+W+S Amendment of Schedule 2 to the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988

Commencement Information

I1 Sch. 2 wholly in force at 1.7.1992 see s. 84 and S.I. 1992/1286, art. 2, Sch.

19 E+W+S For the entry relating to section 87(1) of that Act (driving without a licence) there shall be substituted—

“RTA section 87(1)

Driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence.

Summarily.

Level 3 on the standard scale.

Discretionary in a case where the offender’s driving would not have been in accordance with any licence that could have been granted to him.

Obligatory in the case mentioned in column 5.
