In Part II of Schedule 1 to the Criminal Justice Act 1982 (offences excluded from Secretary of State’s power to make orders concerning the early release of prisoners)—
a
in the entry relating to section 1 of the M1Road Traffic Act 1988, for the word “reckless” there shall be substituted the word “
dangerous
”

after that entry there shall be inserted— “
