111(1)In subsection (1) of section 98 of that Act (interpretation), in paragraph (b) of the definition of “road”, for the words “has the same meaning as in the M1Roads (Scotland) Act 1984” there shall be substituted the words “ means any road within the meaning of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 and any other way to which the public has access, and includes bridges over which a road passes, ”.E+W+S
(2)At the end of subsection (2) of that section there shall be added the word “ Act ”.
