In section 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (experimental traffic orders) in subsection (1)(b), as substituted by the M1New Roads and Street Works Act 1991, for the words “83(2) or 84” there shall be substituted the words “ or 83(2) or by virtue of section 84(1)(a) ”.
